Job Description

• Prepare, manage, and facilitate design drawings utilizing BIM, Rino, Grasshopper and CAD technologies.
• Ensure all models are compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.
• Oversee coordination between architectural and structural interfaces, collaborating with main contractors and other trades for effective cross-team support.
• Work closely with the design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design specifications.
• Manage design changes and revisions, addressing any discrepancies and queries between design and project teams.
• Attend site meetings as required and perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction and architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DGN, DWF, IFC, and MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.

The Operations Executive will:

Handle all day-to-day operations of services.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction standards
• Provide all accurate, valid and complete information from handling/movement of deceased pets or clients
• Updating day to day ops / log of pets in facility
• Working within all code of conduct, policies, procedures and rules on the conduct expected from governing authorities or developed by the company
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Maintain positive attitude and calmly respond to clients/partners
• Maintain positive representation of company
• Day to day of all operational needs, from sanitising vehicles/laboratory/errands to day to day essentials
• Provide meaningful send-offs to the decedent on the final day and respect for both animals and clients
• Assist in all adhoc company work preparations, facility/funeral set-up, liaison with vendors/clients/authorities and logistics required from the customer journey beginning to end (bone/ashes return to client)
• Oblige to best of ability to accommodate specific requests by clients
• Provision of Company Vehicle (subject to year of service)

• Meticulous with attention to detail

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources.
• Ensure all Prime Mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Perform CMS / CTR booking.
• Knowledge of Portnet and shipping document.
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the Management.
• Independent and willingly to learn.
• On-the Job training provided.
