Qualifications and Experiences

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics
• Completed ISO, HACCP, FSSC and/ or Risk Management course
• Minimum one or two years of experience working in food manufacturing environment
• Experience in ISO, HACCP, Risk management and GMP will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Production in daily administrative duties, including report writing, job scheduling, data entry and email corresponding.
• Administrative duties such as excel reporting, email replying, phone calling and coordination work.
• Coordinate within internal departments and external parties to meet operations timeline, customer job requirements, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate operation work plans and monitor work that are carried out accordingly.
• Communicate within internal departments on the work processes and schedule.
• Follow-up on the status of issued job orders
• Comply with the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirement, guidelines, and relevant codes of practices
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
• At least 1 year or above related working experience as admin assistant, or experience in handling administrative duties
• Candidate without relevant experience will be evaluated based on merit
• Computer literate, with Excel knowledge and hands-on skill is an added advantage
• Willing to learn, able to follow instruction and communicate in proper manner
• Able to perform overtime work as and when required
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
• Candidate with stronger experience can be consider for Admin Executive

Overall responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will primarily be responsible for assisting our Marketing Manager in providing quotations to corporations, and/or end-user customers.

You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including; selling new and refurbished: laptops, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and recycling services.

Job Description

• Business new businesses for new build of FCB, CTV, launch boats and passenger ferries.
• Build and develop good working relationship with potential customers and maintaining teamwork showing high interests.
• Solve daily conflicts at ground level by monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting master schedule.
• Closely liaise with classification societies, ship owners, owner specialist engineers, vessel crew and ship agents to ensure successful completion of the project meeting or exceeding customer's expectations.
• Meet commercial / naval contractual commitments and quality of repaired ship.
• Capture additional works and raise variation orders and provide information to Corporate Dept for more competitive pricing.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Possess 2 years' experience in similar capacity from marine / shipbuilding.
• Macro thinking with good emotional quotients
• Able to make appropriate decisions and judgments, decisive and take proper actions.
• Able to negotiate and prepare quotations after proper costing with vendors and suppliers, local and overseas
• Willing to work late at times and possess leadership qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office

Address of Work

• Location: Tuas Road (Direct bus from Joo Koon MRT)
• 5 days work week with occasional weekend depending on volumes
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
