Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT Support: Offer daily helpdesk support to end-users for applications such as ERP, POS, and the company website.

Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to perform updates to Point-of-Sale (POS) master data and configurations.

Document and Train: Assist in creating process flows, test case scenarios, and training guides for system users.

Liaise with Headquarters IT: Coordinate with HQ IT teams on group-wide initiatives, protocols, and systems implementations.

Store Opening Projects: Support and manage IT-related tasks for store openings across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• Work Experience: 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one POS and/or ERP system is required. Proficiency in Excel formulas and basic SQL query skills is essential.

• Plan selling activities for the assigned territories, identify potential clients through research, networking, and various prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.
• Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees
• Provide HR Admin support as follows:Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires
  Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme
  Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance
  Timely submission of funding claims to MO
  Maintain and update training records for all existing employee.
  Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audit
  Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resource.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently within assigned job scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
