The incumbent will undertake a six-month contract with Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF) to support Hair for Hope (HfH) 2025. Organised by CCF, HfH is the only head-shaving campaign in Singapore that serves to raise childhood cancer awareness and funds.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the conceptualisation of PR and digital marketing strategies, including the development of an influencer engagement plan for Hair for Hope 2025.

· Contribute to the development, design, and copywriting of marketing materials for all CCF digital media platforms.

· Engage in media monitoring, draft press releases, and media invites, and prepare media kits to promote campaign initiatives.

· To perform other duties and responsibilities that his/her supervisors may assign.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of marine and shipping operations, including port regulations and vessel requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and maritime logistics systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Part of the daily media monitoring team (may have to cover this function solely on some occasions)
• Assist in the production and distribution of the company’s sustainability report; helped in data collection and readership analysis
• Contribute to the planning and assist in the production the company’s internal branding/ sustainability campaign; helped in data collection and analysis
• Provide brand monitoring and assist in the company’s branding initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, write/ edit and assist in production of the company’s quarterly e-newsletter
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company’s communications channels and materials (website, corporate deck, social media posts, corporate messaging, etc.)

Requirement :

• Degree in English, journalism and communications, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in relevant roles
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with versatile writing styles
• Fast learner, self-initiated and resourceful individual with plenty of creativity and energy
• Both a team player and independent worker who can perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, self-professed perfectionist with an eye for details
• Proficiency in communication tools (e.g. content creation and management systems, analytics software) and digital and social platforms
• Flexible on working hour
