The Programme Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of service users in CampusImpact and coordinates these programmes. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers. The Programme Executive plans the volunteer manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. He/She coordinates with other organisations to execute programmes, manages communications and feedback from stakeholders and conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Conduct programmes based on client needs and facilitate sessions to provide SEL lessons to impart values and lifeskills to service users aged 7 - 14 years old
2. Conduct periodic needs and outcome assessment to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes and identify areas of improvements in programmes, and provide updates to the supervisor
3. Implement quality control and compliance procedures, particularly for the physical and psychological safety of our service users, many of whom are young children
4. Manage referrals from community partners, conduct intake sessions/family sessions and maintain daily records on progress of clients
5. Orientate new service users to the programme
6. Plan the volunteer manpower roster for programmes and guide volunteers in executing programme activities by providing briefings, debriefs, and providing support during programmes
7. Develop information materials for distribution to service users and volunteers
8. Coordinate with other organisations for execution of programmes
9. Support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community
10. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
11. Conduct outreach activities to our target service user group, other organisations and the community
12. Provide follow-up with service users via home visits if necessary
13. Assist with data collection for evaluation of the programme and compile reports on the programme's outcomes
14. Provide internal referrals to CampusImpact's counselling/Art Therapy/Play Therapy services to further support the service user
15. Manage service users' transition out of the organisation when they withdraw from the programme
16. Perform any other administrative duties or logistical support as required
