Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
• Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LTPAs, products, or services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Plan and execute marketing and product campaigns across various channels.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Coordinate with the technical service team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth marketing activities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MES, including product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools and techniques and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
• Maintain high-quality sales and service support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
