• Design experience using Canva and/or InDesign
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective internal communication campaigns and promoting sustainability initiatives in a corporate setting.
• Excellent command of English and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various formats.
• Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
• Experience with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and content management systems.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute brand strategies to boost visibility, credibility, and audience engagement
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and loyalty
• Create and manage campaigns to enhance market presence and public awareness
• Oversee content creation across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity
• Drive internal communications to align staff with organisational goals and foster a positive culture

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level and above in Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing or related field
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling narratives and campaigns
• Strategic thinking with a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient engagement
