NTUC LearningHub is looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for strategising effective marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals. This includes digital led campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), traditional media buy (E.g. Product brochures, placemats, OOH, ATL). The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven track record in media, digital, performance marketing and budget planning. You should perform well under tight deadlines and be detail‑oriented.

Product Marketing

• Strategise, develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and revenue for the Product Divisions and Sales Channels.
• Optimise performance across both offline and online media channels to generate web traffic, conversions and achieve revenue and ROI targets.
• Establish and grow relationships with agency partners to explore new media platforms for marketing initiatives.
• Ability to work with cross-channel teams on projects:

1. Marketing – Work closely with Marketing Owners to develop a media solution that drives business outcome, including deep diving into channel performance.
2. Product Divisions – Work closely with the Product Division to strategise and plan integrated marketing campaigns with agreed KPIs.
3. Sales Channels – Deep dive into post-campaign analysis to help the Sales Channels manage gaps and improve on lead to sale conversion.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Manage campaign expenses to sit within budget and drive maximum revenue returns on the marketing investment.
• Monitor, track, and translate data and post-campaign insights into action plans to drive improved performance, leads uplift and sales conversion.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience across integrated campaigns management, product marketing and performance marketing.
• Analytical mind and meticulous with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the industry or discipline.
• Open to a multi-functional, hands-on role.
• Great team player with a passion to drive results and efficiency.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Experience working with stakeholders in the labour movement or social enterprises setting would be useful.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Pest Control Operation Executive/Manage to join our team. In this role, you will safeguard homes and businesses from pest infestations, ensuring public health and safety. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to use your ‘detective’ skills to identify and solve pest problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

- Speak with customers and genuinely listen to their concerns.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and exclusion methods to minimize infestations.
- Ensure strong customer service with follow-ups as needed to guarantee satisfaction.

Inspection and Problem Solving:

- Conduct extensive inspections to identify pest issues and underlying causes.
- Use problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective exclusion methods.
- Provide tailored recommendations for long-term pest control solutions.

Pest Control Operations:

- Apply pesticides when and where necessary, following strict product label instructions and NEA regulations.
- Utilize baiting and monitoring systems to track and manage pest activity.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and dusters.

- Training and quality control of all our technicians

Team Collaboration:

- Work effectively with office personnel and the sales team to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation to support operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance

- Adhere to all safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with NEA guidelines for pesticide handling and storage.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes through regular training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) license.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.

Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 20kg, and comfortable working in confined spaces.

Experience:

- Prior experience in pest control or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect all relevant information for quotation from the customer.
• Meet customers and get new sales.
• Ensuring that the products supplied meet the client's specifications.
• Conduct alter-sales services.
• Monitor and coordinate all customers’ complaints / corrective action report to QA and other related departments.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Hospitality Management;
