Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Sales Executive located in Islandwide. Our client is a local jewellery brand based in Singapore. You will be working closely with the office team to create an excellent in-store shopping experience for customers. This includes assisting with styling customers in the latest pieces, managing inventory, handling restocks, and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. Your role also involves performing cashiering duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and processing online order collections or after-sales services when needed. Additionally, you will lead and guide team members, providing them with training and support to ensure their success.

1. Secretary for Two Japanese Directors:

• Scheduling appointments for the Directors
• Managing and arranging approval requests
• Arranging travels
• Staff claims (Business trip, Entertainment, and Sundry claims)
• Communicating with their drivers regarding the bosses’ schedule
• Arranging meetings:
• Arranging business lunch and dinner
• Booking golf sessions every month
• Other tasks as requested by the bosses

2. Admin:

• Assisting with EP/DP applications (acting as the point of contact to liaise with expats for paperwork).
• Booking accommodation for new expatriates
• Assisting with applications to JAS and Golf Club
• Checking invoices from JAS, Golf Club, and Tower Club
• Booking hotels for business travelers
• Ordering name stamps for new staff
• Arranging DHL services
• Assisting in obtaining financial reports
• Creating/updating codes in the e-credit system and HKBS2
• Sending stagnation reports every month
• Inputting data into financial analysis software (Obic)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
**Open to candidates without prior relevant experience, as training and on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.

Junior Sales Executive
Salary: $2,800 - 4,500 + Commission + AWS
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am – 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) account of overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate New Sales & complete responsibility for all assigned NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
