The incumbent will undertake a six-month contract with Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF) to support Hair for Hope (HfH) 2025. Organised by CCF, HfH is the only head-shaving campaign in Singapore that serves to raise childhood cancer awareness and funds.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the conceptualisation of PR and digital marketing strategies, including the development of an influencer engagement plan for Hair for Hope 2025.

· Contribute to the development, design, and copywriting of marketing materials for all CCF digital media platforms.

· Engage in media monitoring, draft press releases, and media invites, and prepare media kits to promote campaign initiatives.

· To perform other duties and responsibilities that his/her supervisors may assign.

Job Summary:

The intern of 6 months is largely expected to work in an office environment from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays and may also be required to travel out of the office for meetings. On occasions, the jobholder may need to work outside official hours on weekends to support the running of events.

Reporting to the Director (Maritime Connectivity Solution), the primary job responsibilities:

• Recommend, identify and devise Business Development Plans and Sales Strategies for the Satellite Subscriptions (Airtime) Team, in alignment with Business Unit’s Objectives, to ensure profitability and growth in sales revenue.
• Connect and discuss with identified customers to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals in order to follow up on sales matters.
• Work with the Product Manager to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers’ needs.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Implement and execute all business plans, while aligning to our corporate goals, to achieve sales performance target.
• Liaise closely with the Technical Manager to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of systems and services to the customers.
• Work with Network Support team on customers’ enquiries and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Director (Maritime Connectivity Solutions)

Other Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication, electrical engineering.
• 4 - 8 years relevant working experience with good sales track record.
• Good Sales network in the marine industry and knowledge in Maritime Satellite services will be an advantage.Experience as Ex-Radio Officers, are added advantages.Good customer contacts withship managers/owners will be an advantage
• Possess excellent business acumen, communication & presentation skills.

Job Description:

1. Schedule and assign specific duties / roles to cleaners and lead team members to perform cleaning activities. Ensure cleaners to adhere to the cleaning standard and procedurer.

2. Experience of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc; and provide training to cleaners when necessary.

3. Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimizewaste and/or misuse.

4. Daily report to operations manager onthe job site situation

5. Help operations manager and be thefirst contact person to handle any complaints and feedbacks from Clients.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' experience in similar role in cleaning sector.

2. Hardworking attitude, able to work atheight and move 20 Kgs of weight.

3. Able to work overtime including weekends and public holidays; willing to alternate between Night and Day shift when required.

5. Able to use simple Office Software and willing to undertake paperwork duties aswell.
