Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong

focus on recruitment and a preference for candidates with an F&B background.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is

eager to grow with our company. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role

in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and supporting various HR

functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full HR Spectrum: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and statutory requirements.

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

Leave, Claims, and Attendance Administration:

• Manage employee leave records, claims processing, and attendance tracking using HR systems.
• Address leave and claims queries promptly and ensure records are updated accurately.

HR Reporting:

• Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on HR data and trends.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and assist in organizing programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits as required.

Ad-hoc Duties:

• Handle additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to support organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 of HR generalist experience, including Talent acquisition experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Manage and securely store project-related documents, contracts, and records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with organizational policies.
• Assist project managers by maintaining accurate and updated project schedules, coordinating appointments, and tracking deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage correspondence with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve procurement issues, and maintain accurate records for ongoing projects.
• Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for client communications and project reviews.
• Monitor project-related expenses, process invoices, and assist in preparing budget reports to support financial management of renovation projects.
• Assist with the creation and reconciliation of project budgets by providing accurate financial data and ensuring timely processing of payments.
• Conduct regular reviews of project documentation and procurement records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Compile and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring updates on progress, milestones, and any issues affecting timelines or budgets.
