About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. Duties of Accounts Payable Assistant/Executive:

• Manage invoice matching, ensuring accuracy and necessary documentation before posting to the accounting system.
• File and scan documents to the document management system.
• Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare payments and submit promptly to supervisor.
• Handle additional assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Relevant accounting qualification.
• Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
