As a successful Marketing Executive, you'll manage our social media presence, craft engaging content, and edit stunning social videos and photos showcasing our residential and commercial renovations. You'll also create professional advertising to enhance our brand appeal.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.)

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals

- Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, headlines, etc.) for social media posts

- Edit high-quality videos using software

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in social media management and video editing

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- High attention to detail and creativity

- No academic qualifications required;

We're looking for a motivated, talented individual with a passion for social media and video editing

Responsibilities

* Handle full set of accounts for a group of companies

* Perform government subsidy reconciliation across companies

*Analysis and preparation of monthly management reports

* Work with centres to set and achieve financial goals and metrics

* Provide financial and accounting leadership to junior accounting staff

*Participate in financial reviews and audits

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

*Relevant work experience as an Accountant especially in a related industry

*Knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and finance regulations

* An ability to concentrate , work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines

* Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (eg. MYOB)

* Good organisation and filing skills

* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR and G/L) including preparation of journal entries
• Review financial report ( Balance Sheets, P&L & other reporting schedules)
• Assist in preparing the annual budgets and monthly update of forecasts
• Update records for fixed assets including the provision of depreciation according to accounting policy.
• Review and process expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/Chartered Accountant/CPA
• Working Experience: more than 3 years relevant working experience
• Skill: Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software
• Others: Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
