Mutant is a weird name for an agency, we know. We’d love to tell you there’s a cool reason for it - like being exposed to gamma radiation or being bitten by a spider - but alas, our origin story is a little less dramatic.

We started in 2012 as a PR agency, led by one individual with a simple idea - to grow an agency that focused on getting business results and removing agency fluff.

From these humble beginnings, we evolved into a regional agency with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand servicing clients across Asia Pacific and globally for their PR, content marketing, and branding needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day digital printing, binding and finishing functions.
• Check to ensure good quality of prints
• Perform editing and touchup of artwork including layout and minor amendments on print files and images
• Liaise with customers for complete artwork & proof

Requirements

• Proficient in digital print process, including finishing and fulfilment processes
• Resourceful and able to coordinate and juggle multiple tasks
• Fluent with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word & other PC software
• Knowledge of variable data printing and its requirements would be advantageous

Required skills and experiences you should have:

• 10+ years’ experience in the field of public relations and communications in an agency setting is preferable
• Experience in consumer clients is beneficial
• Proven track record in effectively managing portfolio of clients
• Drive to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

Job Title: Accounts Executive (ID6018)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
Basic Salary: $3000- $3800

Responsibilities:
• Accounts preparation, data entry and reporting.
