The role needs to handle full sets of accounts including preparation of bank reconciliation statements, requested schedules for management reporting and for audit purpose.

Assist Manager to ensure control over account related documents and records to external parties, i.e. bankers, auditors and authorities, assist to monitor cashflow position and control over payments to suppliers.

Assist in implementation of company's policies regarding Integrated Management System for ISO requirements at all levels and ensure compliance and to satisfy internal controls.

Assisting the Centre Manager in the building of culture and experience for the Oasis community of stakeholders through the planning and execution of diverse volunteer/vendor/staff-led programmes. Through empowering patients, volunteers and staff with continued learning of relevant skills and training, he/she will help realise the vision of a sustainable Oasis of learning and living for all stakeholders.

• Designing and conducting in-house training to inspire staff and volunteers to partake in being their own unique social animators and activity facilitators.
• Service owner for weekend warriors.
• Sourcing for funding and networking with potential partners and collaborators.
• Guides and guides the other operations staff where required.
• Identify and attend training for self-development.
• Guides and provides guidance to new volunteers to be Social Animators and Story Vitalizers.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Architecture
• Certification in BIM Modelling / BIM Management from BCA
• Min. 3 years working experience in Singapore
• Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities' submission procedures
• Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture
• Able to work independently

Job scope:

• Handle complex design and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for submission, tender, construction, documentation and fabrication
• Ensure compliance of Consultants' drawings with regulatory requirement.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
• Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
