The Account Management team is a sales team that is part of Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Meta platforms and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising.
Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients grow their own business results on Meta through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute their sales tactics. Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Meta's digital marketing solutions for small and medium clients and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
• Work with small and medium clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns on Meta platforms
• Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with small and medium clients, and manage complex relationships
• Demonstrate vertical expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Vietnamese language & knowledge of Vietnam market are essential as the role requires to manage local accounts & communicate business strategy in local language

Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Be the driver in providing direction and the implementation of the company’s quality system.

▪ Review statistical data, analyse and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to prevent future occurrence.

▪ Analyse records of product returns to identify specific problems or trends over time and work with internal team to find long term fix to the problems

▪ Develop and monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve quality levels.

▪ Works with suppliers to help formulate quality standards to ensure that incoming components and materials will comply with the manufacturer’s quality standards, minimizes the time and cost of inspection, and contributes to the quality of the finished product.

• Team management activities including team personnel administration and training-related activities.
