Job Scope

• Manage all the variation claims with Client and coordinate with JV partner and internal stakeholders including preparation of documentation, substantiation as per contract requirements, timely submission, meeting coordination and follow up till the conclusion of each variation/ claim.
• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders
• Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals
• Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary
• Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
• Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing
• Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors
• Issue work order
• Organise kick off meeting and other ad-hoc meetings with subcontractors
• Handle and maintain performance securities with subcontractors
• Manage day to day contractual correspondences with subcontracts including contractual letters preparation and tracking of incoming/outgoing letters
• Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline
• Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget
• Subcontract close out / settlement of contractual disputes related to subcontracts, final accounting, completion certificate, etc.
• Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any.
• Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or Quantity Surveying
• 5 to 10 years of experiences in contract / claim administration
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants, renewable energy era will be an added advantage

10. Managing the Budget Management System:

• 10.1. To review and assign the correct budget man-hours to the Production Department upon issuance of the job number.
• 10.2. To maintain or perform periodic reviews of sub-tasks in the ERP system to ensure prevalence in the execution of work.
• 10.3. Ensure that the Production Department's daily job planning is monitored and job execution status is updated in the ERP system timely.
• 10.4. To ensure that the Production Department's daily manpower planning against the actual timesheet is monitored and to review the variation report submitted by the commercial personnel before updating into the ERP system.
• 10.5. To manage the documentation and comprehensiveness of the documents in the Job File (“Pink File”) for the awarded job and the collection of the file upon completion of the job, and to ensure that project information is updated in the RERP system timely (within one week).

11. Manage the issuance of the Service Report (SR) or Form of Acceptance (FOA) at the close of the project and ensure that the Production Department gets the SR / FOA signed by the customer to ensure timely invoicing (electronic or manual).

12. Manage accounts receivable and overdue payments.

13. Generate the annual Revenue Forecast during the absence of the Commercial Officer.

14. Upkeep the marketing tools of the company.

15. Develop, inculcate, and enhance the sense of loyalty of both customers and staff.

16. Developing new marketable areas of business of continuous relevance to the company’s objectives.

17. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or the Top Management.

Minimum Requirements

• A Degree/Diploma in Engineering and/or from a business discipline.
• Experience in a senior management position with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on work experience and knowledge in managing a business division and doing costing.
• Knowledge in system management in an auditor capacity and experience in, and certified as an auditor in ISO Management Standard.

1) Role and Responsibility

a) Lead the sales activities to the assigned region in Central Asia and South Asia for MOII group portfolio of products

b) Manage the entire trade process from negotiation, sales to contract signing to supply delivery and receipt of full payment.

c) Capture the sales against the agreed target volume and margins with the existing customer base and new customers.

d) Work closely with the company support teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly within the company guidelines and policies.

e) Manage any customer feedback on the supply of the goods and follow up with the appropriate corrective action.

f) Visit each of the assigned markets at least 2 times a year to sell, build relations with the customers, follow-up on new product development and update management of market development and new business potential on the ground.

2) Must have extensive experience:

a) Minimum of 10 years in the oils and fats industry.

b) Of this a, minimum of 5 years in international sales.

c) Experience in selling specialty oils and fats (eg cocoa butter alternatives and pastry margarines)

d) Selling experience to different segments of markets including industrial customers and distributors.

e) Has managed overseas distributors / agents, by setting sales targets, give product training, follow-up on new business.

f) Able to understand intrinsic needs of customers using specialty oils and fats by recommending the appropriate products to achieve the desired final product.

g) Has the ability to guide the customers with food trends and suggest appropriate product type in collaboration with our R&D applications team.

3) Other requirements:

a) Has a science-based / engineering-based degree from a recognized- university.

b) Able to communicate clearly with presentation in Power-Point to customers and management.

c) Able to travel 2 weeks in every 6-8 weeks.

Job Title: Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing day-to-day operations in production to ensure optimal product quality and all daily operation activities are executed and met

· Ensuring food safety and regulatory standards / requirements are followed at all times

· Responsible for managing end to end production activities for assortment of products through effective use of manpower, material, machine, method and ensure a safe working environment in the factory

· Manage the overall production flow to ensure daily productivity outputs are met in a timely manner

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production output and performance report to the Management

· Manage the production schedule and monitor the overall production output levels

· Lead a team of production supervisors and workers to ensure production targets, product quality and specifications are reached within their area of supervision

· Ensure all team members follow the factory operations procedures, processes and compliance to food safety, quality standard and statutory laws

· Lead, motivate and build a strong production team to increase productivity and efficiency

· Ensure finished good is correctly and timely reported in the system

· Liaise and work closely with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse departments to solve outstanding issues and establish better coordination to work effectively

· Ensure proper and comprehensive preventive maintenance program is implemented and executed timely for all machines.

· Minimize unplanned / unscheduled maintenance activity

· Constantly develop new ideas to enhance production productivity

· Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
