POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with international and local tax regulations while optimizing the organization’s tax efficiency. • Responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and ensure meeting the pre-set sales target.
• To identifying and developing sales & marketing strategies to exhaust opportunities in the local market as well as to exploit overseas markets.
• Make sales presentation and provide technical support to customer
• Gather information on market demand, competition and latest technologies.
• Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and approve credit terms for new and existing customers.
• Oversee and monitor the collection of outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with company’s Credit Control policy and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Assist in managing the team, provide guidance and support to the members.
• Generate regular reports and organize weekly / monthly collection meeting with sales team.
• Implement strategies to mitigate credit risks and bad debts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication.
• Liaise with lawyer on Demand Letter and legal proceedings.
• To assist any other matter related to credit control.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related area.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working hour:
08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 17:00 Friday

Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
