RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. • Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.

•  Works closely with the Training team, encouraging employees on various trainings and identifying training needs in the country.

• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; Preferable Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resource Management
