Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.

2. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.

3. Attend all meetings including consultant, technical and subcontractor.

4. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.

5. Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project compliance with timelines and budget.

6. Managing subcontractors, coordinating material procurement, maintaining safety standards, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any issues that arise during construction

The Responsibilities

As our Account Manager, you will be expected to drive sales.

· Follow up leads and business opportunity with targeted accounts

· Maintain excellent customer relationships for accounts under your care

· Overseeing account management, negotiation on contracts and agreements toward maximisation of profits

· Identify, build and develop new business prospects

· Provide accurate forecasts and quarterly/annual activity plans to Management

Pre-Requisites:

· Preferably at least three years’ experience with IT, AV products.

• Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment.
• Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.
• Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers.

processes.

3) Reviewed and approval all project documentation, resolved all problems

and issue that arise, undertook all monthly project financial cost reporting.

4) Escalated issues and areas of concern to project director and indirectly to

5) Preparing Project Initiation documentation , responsible for ensuring best

value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal &

external resources.

6) Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets , and

organizing, facilitating project steering / operation committees meetings.

7) Maintained a goos relationship with consultant and client, ensure no delay

on progress payment, Built-up a professional & efficient team on new

staffs from other project and recruitment.

8) Monitored and controlled project safety, quality, direct costs, schedules,

and ensured project built to quality standards adhering to government

regulations and within expected time frame.

10) Monitored construction plans for client expectations to track and meet

contractual obligations. Investigated any potentially serious situations and implemented corrective measures.

11) Manage budget, schedule, and contracts, and track budget, contracts,

purchase orders, change orders etc.

Job Description & Requirements

Major works scope as following:

· Setting up company’s technical standardization system, documentation filing system, technical library, technical document & drawing template etc., share to project team when new project awarded.

· Organize to provide technical support during tender stage & coordinate with internal/external parties.

· Organize to brief the technical planning to project team upon new project award.

· Early involvement for technical planning and implementation during preconstruction stage to optimize cost & time.

· Assist project to review on shop drawing/method statement/material submission scheduling, monitor the quality & schedule of technical documents submission if necessary.

· Regular site visit & assist project team on solving critical technical issues if necessary, such as major construction method/technology, ERSS, VE & Innovation etc.

· Review technical deviation which submitted by individual project & provide technical advice.

· Organize project technical audit & feedback comments to project team.

· Organize internal technical meeting & technical training/sharing.

· Organize project team to work out the report which highlight common good practice and problem solving to share with relevant staff.

· Involve technical staff recruitment interview & provide training to new technical staff.

· Evaluate technical staff performance & feedback to admin department if necessary.
