Handling physical goods receiving, issue, packing, dispatching and fulfill delivery schedules, conduct physical stock check, maintain high standard of cleaniness.    • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging trends (e.g., Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services).
   • Proficiency in digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
   • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
   • Data-driven decision-making and ability to interpret market trends.
