• Fully responsible for the MRO operations at site (Buying, sourcing, stores and inventory management)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or related roles in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and managing large-scale projects
• Experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other related tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and processes (e.g., ISO 19650, BIM Level 2).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Proficiency in data management and model coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of construction and design workflows, including clash detection, coordination, and integration.
