The QA/QC Manager for Offshore Substation (OSS) is responsible for the overall quality assurance and quality control of all activities related to the design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the offshore substation. The QA/QC Manager will implement and oversee the project-specific quality management system (QMS), ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead efforts to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and improve the project’s QMS in line with Employer Requirement, industry standards (ISO 9001, IEC, DNV, etc.), and Korea regulatory requirements where necessary.
• Develop detailed quality plan, procedures, and work instructions specific to offshore substations, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements.

Quality Control (QC):

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction and installation activities comply with quality specifications. Monitor offshore installation activities, including Topside construction, equipment commissioning, and so on.
• Track, report, and manage non-conformities (NCs) for materials, processes, and equipment. Ensure that root causes are identified, corrective actions are implemented, and preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure that all testing, including electrical, mechanical, and structural tests, are carried out according to Employer Requirement, approved standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Make sure that the offshore substation meets DNV Project Certification based on DNV-ST-0145 (2021 Edition) primarily.
• Supervise the commissioning process to verify that the offshore substation meets all operational and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure all QC-related documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Employer’s expectations.
• Ensure the compilation and completion of quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates for final handover to Employer upon project completion.

Project Integration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality management is integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and Employer to ensure the quality system and results meet project standards and expectations.
• Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and actions to Project Manager, Interface and Risk Manager, and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify quality-related risks, including those related to offshore conditions, materials handling, and installation processes. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent issues from impacting project timelines, costs, or safety.
• Lead the resolution of quality-related issues on-site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Ensure non-conformity reports (NCRs) are documented and appropriate corrective actions are implemented promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Experience

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with at least 5 years in the offshore energy sector or large infrastructure projects (offshore substations, offshore wind, or oil & gas).

Clinical Operations:

• Leads all stages of the clinical study development process including: feasibility assessments; protocol design; CRF design; ISF investigational site selection; generation of clinical study reports and the development of study-related documents, informed consent documents, study manuals and plans, trial master files (TMF), case report form design, etc. Identify data gaps and the need for phase 4 RWE studies for data generation.
• Provide clinical operation support to the local team as needed.
• Act as regional medical lead for CRO management, conduct due diligence for onboarding of the CRO and participate in CRO qualification and audit process.
• Work closely with CRO and keep track of project timeline, budget and milestones.
• Takes responsibility for and initiates the review of all clinical study documents and reports such as project management plans, data management plans, interim reports, etc.

Assistant Manager

Salary Range; commensurate based on experience:
From $3,400 to $3,600 per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for our Private Dining Restaurant called Casa Pietrasanta.
• Ensure food handling and hygiene regulations are in accordance with SFA standards.

• Able to take order, explain the menu and suggest dishes to the customers, able to reccomend and sell wines.
• Able to perform under pressure
• Keeping the Restaurant and equipment clean and in good working conditions
• Working closely with the Manager.
• Preparation/delegating of mise en place
• Maintain proper stock for smooth running of daily restaurant operations
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
• Able to cope in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys being challenged, committed to serving food of the highest quality.
• Have good initiative, a self-starter and a team player.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Legal & Integrity to join our team!

Purpose of the job

Responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AET’s Compliance and Ethics programme and promotion of a strong compliance and ethics culture and awareness of expected standards of behaviour throughout the AET Group, consistent with the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE).

Provide legal support to the legal team as directed with respect to the Company’s prospective and existing shipping business in APAC and globally. Provide advice on general legal matters affecting the Company. Monitor legal developments and changes in legislation.

Key Accountabilities

Compliance and Ethics Function

• Build a highly effective Compliance and Ethics function that is positioned to support the Company in ensuring compliance with key CoBE and regulatory obligations.
• Comply with Company's policies and Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE).
• Experience in ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) certification, internal and external audit, experience of anti-bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality, whistleblowing, due diligence systems.
• Global sanctions experience including OFAC, OFSI, US, UK, EU, UN sanctions, sanctions relating to Russia and China, sanctions targeting the maritime sector including those relating to ship-to-ship transfers and AIS.
• Global data protection experience including acting as a data protection officer, GDPR, UK GDPR, Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, Brazil LGPD.
• Experience in other areas of compliance including anti-trust and competition, modern slavery, ship recycling (Hong Kong Convention), risk management, training (including microlearning), reporting to the Board and Top Management, MACN (Maritime Anti-Corruption Network).

Systems and Processes

• Lead and manage the establishment and implementation of compliance systems, processes, and tools within AET to provide structured guidance and monitoring and enablers/tools to mitigate against illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

Communication and Training

• Institute and maintain an effective compliance education, communication, and training programme for AET.

Risk Assessment

• Lead and manage risk assessments and corporate compliance review to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of systems and processes in relation to compliance and its supporting policies, manuals and/or guidelines.

Research and Benchmarking

• Have oversight of varied compliance and ethics obligations and requirements of the business in all locations and ensure appropriate structures are in place to support compliance.

Legal Matters

• Negotiate, structure, draft and finalize contracts.
• Advising on and managing contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Conduct legal and compliance research as required.
• Capable of executing Crisis Management Responsibilities as required by role
• To comply with Company’s policies and Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE)

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Law. Dual qualification would be advantageous

Professional Certification: Qualified Lawyer

Experience: 5+ years in managing/handling corporate, shipping and compliance in a global organization or comparable legal experience

Specialized knowledge/skills:

• Shipping finance and shipping contractual, litigation (dry and wet) and related corporate law
• US FCPA and UK Bribery Act and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) certification, internal and external audit
• Establishment and implementation of compliance systems, processes and tools and managing risk assessments and corporate compliance review of matters relating to anti-bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality, whistleblowing, due diligence systems and procedures.
• Global sanctions including OFAC, OFSI, US, UK, EU, UN sanctions, sanctions relating to Russia and China, sanctions targeting the maritime sector including those relating to ship-to-ship transfers and AIS.
