Your Team

Responsibilities of the role

• Identify Japanese consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Japanese consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide the Japan delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team

Role Requirements

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
• Past experience working in the FMCG industry for Japan market as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for Japan Market

OVERVIEW

The Assistant/Manager, Market Access, plays a critical role in shaping the committee’s agenda to advance market access strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The position focuses on driving committee initiatives, coordinating key stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare and access landscapes to ensure optimal market access for member companies. As Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Health, you will be part of the APACMed’s Digital Health Committee Team and work directly with the Director – Digital Health to advance digital health in the Asia Pacific through knowledge creation, advocacy and policy shaping. You will be responsible for assisting in committee related activities, including, ideating, coordinating and execution of projects, from concept stage to completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support and maintaining a master schedule of all projects and activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Committee Agenda and Workstreams:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, government bodies, and other key partners in the region.
• Serve as a key liaison between committee members, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.

Policy Advocacy and Thought Leadership:

• Draft policy recommendations, position papers, and advocacy materials that reflect industry priorities and support market access goals.
• Conduct research to identify policy gaps and opportunities, developing white papers, concept notes, and reports as needed.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Organize and manage events such as workshops, roundtables, and forums related to market access, including topic selection, speaker engagement, sponsor management, and logistics coordination.
• Develop post-event documentation, summarizing key discussions, recommendations, and insights.

Market Access Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze policy developments, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes impacting market access in the region.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the committee and the association’s leadership.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in market access, public policy, or healthcare strategy/consulting, trade associations, preferably within the MedTech or broader healthcare industry.

This effort is in part to support social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.

These activities include working with residents and community partners to co-create, plan and conduct ground-up activities (e.g. exercise groups, hawker centre tours, etc.), encourage residents to participate in suitable programmes, within and beyond the physical space and oversee the general operations at the centre.

You will be involved in facilitating the development and implementation of Health District Queenstown Lighthouse Projects involving National University Health System (NUHS) and various community partners in Queenstown to support social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Co-create and organise activities and interest groups at the physical space

· Engage residents and volunteers to co-create, plan, and conduct activities and interest groups e.g. hawker centre tours to share on healthier eating habits.

· Encourage and support residents to self-run activities and interest groups

· Partner with local community leader(s) and stakeholders to organise programmes and services

· Organise regular resident engagement sessions to gather feedback on activities and services provided by the Blended Care Team

· Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of the space amongst Queenstown residents

2. Encourage residents to participate in suitable activities and programmes

· Encourage and direct residents to participate in suitable health and social activities (e.g. exercise, volunteerism, interest groups) at the space and in the community

· Coordinate with the Blended Care Team to ensure residents’ health and social care needs are met

3. Facilitate development of the physical space and oversee general operations

· Facilitate the conceptualisation and development of the physical centre

· Oversee general operations of space, and support in logistics and budgeting matters

· Record attendance and other data for evaluation

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in the field of Social Sciences (e.g. social work, counselling, psychology), with prior experience in related areas such as social care services, aged care services and/or community engagement.

· At least 2 – 3 years of working experience.

· Ability to work independently, adaptable, analytical and a good team player.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and able to engage with partners and older adults in the community.

· Good organisational, time management, administrative and interpersonal skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages and dialects is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new IT systems.
