RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop and implement a cohesive digital communications strategy aligned with GyroGear’s mission, vision, and growth goals.

4. Social Media and Online Presence

• Manage GyroGear’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely, impactful, and sales-aligned posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Engage with online communities to build relationships and foster advocacy.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital and PR campaigns, including media reach, conversions, and engagement rates.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

6. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Partner with the Online Sales Manager to create synergy between digital communications and e-commerce efforts.

Who We Need

The Brand and Communications department under the Corporate Development division is responsible for upholding Mount Alvernia Hospital’s (MAH) brand position to achieve brand retention, brand affiliation and heightened awareness of MAH as a general tertiary hospital.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. The Communications & Digital Marketing Executive will work with our Fundraising committee (FRC) and create content according to our Fundraising calendar to secure financial support from diverse sources including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the sustenance and growth of SIWEC’s programs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications & Digital Marketing Executive

Fundraising

• Assist the FRC to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies based on timeline of major events and identify new strategies to diversify revenue streams to meet fundraising goals.
• Work with the admin team to identify and cultivate relationships with current donors and other potential funding sources, including creating content as required to effectively communicate SIWEC’s mission, programs and impact to secure the financial support for our programs.
