Project Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
• Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
• Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants

• Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure and Health care projects and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.
• Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses
• Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide

• Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Job Description:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

· Oversee all fleet management and transportation activities for construction projects.

· Verify purchase requisitions by project team; clarify unclear items and recommend alternatives.

· Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
