Direct Responsibilities
o Define the project scope, objectives, and goals
o Estimation and budget follow-up
o Preparing task list with schedule and identify the risks
o Assigning tasks to team members, overseeing the work, and managing the issues.
o Understand the release process and tools and follow the bank standards and policies
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
o Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
o Follow-up on delivery from contributor as well as own development team.
o Make sure methodology and processes are respected
o Produce clear and comprehensive status reports
o Produce Steering Committee documents and present to Sponsors
o Understand user’s requirements/concerns
o Ensure good quality of the documentation
o Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects
