Job Description

About the Role

As Category Manager for Infrastructure and Cloud, you will be part of the TPC ISIT Sourcing team and will report to the Director, Head of Category. You will work closely with both corporate in Telenor and all Business Units. Further, you will be working closely with the Head of Category in contributing to the end-to-end Category management and strategy development, including sourcing execution, contract negotiation and supplier management processes. Your role is pivotal in identifying and realizing cost saving initiatives that deliver real business value in the category across all of Telenor’s Business Units.

Infrastructure and Cloud is a global, centralized category management function. The team manages a common global sourcing function for data centre, office IT and public cloud services for the Telenor Group. Main tasks include

YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for driving and deploying sustainability and social responsibility programs as defined by ST Corporate Sustainable Development Team to the subcontractors (OSATs) by setting up strategy and collaboration action plans on Environment Socia Governance programs
• Subject matter expert on RBA and serve as Direct Responsible Interface (DRI) with corporate teams and central BEMT Sustainable Team by accelerating job understanding, experience and exposure on mentioned
  area.
• Accountable for the deployment of full material declaration (FMD) to GOBM subcontractors assembly and bumping plants.
• Accountable for deployment of ST EHS Banned Substances specifications to all backend subcontractors and also requesting for valid certificates of analysis (COA).
• Accountable for the deployment of all Sustainable Excellence request or project to all subcontractors. This includes conflict free minerals policy, collection of Key Environmental and Safety Indicators, the collection and analysis of Business Contingency plans, signing of RBA-ST commitment letters and participation in RBA VAP audits, etc.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in engineering or sciences
• Minimum 10 years working experience in managing semiconductor assembly, test and packing materials
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing ESG topics.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and developing the cloud and compute services for the Razer AI Cloud Compute Services. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

• Product Strategy:Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with Razer's business objectives.
  Identify market opportunities and define the product vision.
  Create detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  
• Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscapes.
  Analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  Develop go-to-market strategies to launch new products and services.
  
• Product Definition:
  Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for each cloud compute service, including:Functional requirements
  Non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)

  API specifications
  Pricing models and tiered offerings
  Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Product Launch:Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training.
  Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers.
  
• Product Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  Track product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and architectures.
• Experience in defining product requirements and specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all F&B and Event Management requests, tracking and reporting on events while developing insights for service improvement.
• Oversee the sourcing of vendors, manage catering and hospitality services, and ensure the smooth operation of events, including room setups and AV requirements.
• Manage stock control for consumables, ensure cleanliness of hospitality areas, and support vending and coffee machine maintenance.
• Provide coverage for the Receptionist during breaks, assist with visitor registration and room booking systems, and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and data analysis.
• Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills.'

• The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.
