The Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function to ensure the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive audit plan, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Assist in developing KPI, scorecards, workflow charts, and process maps for the operations team with regard to vessel's operational performance.

• Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance
• Check and advise as necessary relevant voyage, cargo and port documentation required by principals for raising demurrage and off-hire claims
• Maintain and manage all department / fleet operational records, files and databases as per departmental procedures and documentation system
• Render pre-fixture support to commercial department concerning any vessel information requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling
• Render post fixture support to commercial department as required during the course of the voyage with pertinent operational information, routing, ETA / ETD, cargo operations, terminal and navigational issues
• Render post fixture support to Claims & Controls team as required for follow up of voyage claims, including providing information on charterer claims, insurance claims & other insurance-related matters to Claims, Commercial and Insurance departments
• Assist with departmental targets and projects
• Actively participate in the development of processes and procedures for the continuous improvement of company procedures
• Undertake activities as guided by company's fuel and operational efficiency initiatives and identify / execute new improvement initiatives within the area in close cooperation with energy management to ensure company-wide alignment

- Lead a team of insolvency professionals in the day-to-day administration of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements

Position Objective

The Head of Marketing & Communications will be an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated individual responsible for driving the marketing and communications strategy across all areas of the school. Responsibilities

Marketing

• Lead the development and execution of a thorough and integrated external marketing strategy aligned with the school’s strategic objectives, including digital marketing, 3rd party media, outdoor advertising and others.
• Elevate SAIS’s brand awareness and competitive positioning to create a clear and transparent brand strategy, successfully leading the marketing team from the conceptualization of a strategy to execution;
• Effectively lead and manage the Marketing team by communicating and demonstrating the school’s values, policies, and procedures; work closely with the marketing team to ensure that they are functioning effectively and efficiently;
• Oversee the ongoing development of the school’s website and portals, including brand, design, content, layout, functionality and search engine optimization and measurement;
• Review and oversee the development and maintenance of a range of marketing collateral (both online and print) to support the school’s brand and proposition, including digital marketing assets (Statics and Video), marketing brochures, exhibitions assets, corporate premiums and translation of materials.
• Lead the PR/Advertising strategy to reinforce the school’s brand and proposition and optimize its exposure on online sites and coverage in printed publications;
• Lead the school’s digital and social media strategy for branding and leads generation and long-term marketing goals
• Ensure a presence on key listings and directories and an integrated content strategy across relevant social networking platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Flickr, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Formulate an effective SEO strategy for growth and market share, including on-page and off-page SEO.
• Oversee the execution of Marketing and Admissions events, including Open Houses, Exhibitions, Seminars and Webinars, and any other lead-generation events.
