• Preparation of invoice payment certificate and to ensure that invoices submitted ar accordance to memo approvals or service agreements (if any).
• Assist to record and update the attendance for the department.
• Manage office supplies stock
• Source vendors for products and services
• Render administrative support outside office events such as during Sales Launch an other show flat scope.
• Dispatch documents to external parties such as banks, legal firms, consultants etc.
• Purchase of Land Tender Documents and submission of documents to the relevant authorities/parties.
• Good liaison with other departments on Group Level.
• Multi-tasking and ability to handle additional tasks when assigned

Requirements:

• Three (3) or more years’ experience in administrative support or executive assistance
• Working experience in real estate company is an advantage
• Meticulous, good decision and problem-solving skills
• Good organisational, planning and time-management skills
• High proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must be digital savvy.

We are currently seeking highly-motivated, passionate Tour Operations Officer to help our customers fulfil their travel aspirations and materialise their travel plans by understanding their requirements and work closely with them to create personalised, seamless itineraries. The goal is to provide quality travel experiences to keep our customers delighted and loyal for future services.

The Tour Operations Officer manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support.

He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, able to address any vendor management issues. He/She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules/itineraries.

Responsibilities

1. Liaise with service providers (such as airlines, land operators, hotel) and sending reservation requests to service providers
2. Monitor ticketing deadline and air tickets issuance, GDS tickets stock requisitions
3. Interaction with suppliers and business partners to settle and finalize logistical requirements for outbound tour groups
4. Take note of special requests for seat preferences and dietary restrictions
5. Generate Group Sales (GS) and budget costing.
6. Generate Exchange Order (EO) to make payment to airlines and operators
7. Handle any operations-related enquiries and assist Sales Team when required.
8. Creation of tour type and tour code using in-house travel system
9. Issue travel documents to customers
10. Provide information, quotations and assistance during destination travel events, if required.
11. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel & tourism company
• Good command of English & Chinese to deal with overseas business partners.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Outlook) applications and computing skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be team oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of of CRS, GDS and CRM system (Airline booking system) is an advantage
• Experience of working in an operational or customer service role in the travel industry is preferred

• Establish and implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System aimed at managing risks and minimizing accidents.
• Execute workplace safety, health, and environmental programs and initiatives.
• Conduct training programs on workplace safety and health, along with inspections to ensure adherence to policies and standards by all onsite staff and/or subcontractors.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with procedures outlined in statutory workplace, safety, health, and environmental requirements at sites and required premises.
• Prepare and submit safety reports for audit and company’s safety certifications.

Requirements:

• Registered Safety Officer.
• Diploma and above in Environment, Health and Safety Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in WSH in building/construction industry.
