This role involves coordinating with local teams and branches, to help transform ideas into visually stunning designs creatives for our shopfront as well as communications to the public. Doing so would help ensuring our brand consistency across all channels. What you will be doing

Shopfront design:

• Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for our shopfront displays. As well as collaborate with the marketing team to align shopfront visuals with our brand identity.

Creatives artwork design:

• Create engaging graphics and artwork for our social media platforms. Ensure all designs are on-brand and optimized for various digital formats.
• Design promotional posters for events, sales, and campaigns.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with our marketing & sales team to produce localized content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and messaging.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities in the region. Collaborate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth event experience.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What you should have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications will be good.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative design sense and ideas
• Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and Premiere etc).

The Qiao lab in the School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) is currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Project Officer to join our team to study the chemistry basis of microbiota-host interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing LC-HRMS/MS analysis of gut microbiota-derived metabolites quantification and profiling
• Performing cell-based assays to study the immuno-stimulatory effects of the target metabolites
• Performing animal models such as DSS-induced colitis to study in vivo effects of the target metabolites

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Biology or equivalent, must have at least one year of relevant research experience.
