Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in implementing the phased digitization plan for all records.
• Organize and box records for collection by the digitization vendor.
• Index files and capture metadata for digitization.
• Review digitized images and listings, ensuring quality control and documenting findings.
• Create references for file contents.
