• Reports Construction Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• To take on PE Assignee Supervision Role

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore

Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs of roadworks and highways, traffic diversion schemes and delivery models according to different standards and requirements.
• Planning and supervising projects.
• Responsible for temporary traffic diversion scheme to suit construction progress.
• Coordination with relevant authorities for purpose of obtaining information and approvals.
• Preparation of Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for construction project.
• Preparation of tender documents and proposals.
• Preparation of Traffic Management Plan for road widening and viaduct construction project.
• Stakeholder management & liaising with different authorities.

Requirements

• Preferably with a Degree in Traffic Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Min 10 years experience in construction industry .
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all security equipment in the Club is functioning.
• Assist with day-to-day security operations.
• Attend to duties in the security office e.g. monitoring alarm systems, signing in and out staff and visitors to the club.
• Report incidents.
• Attend and assist members on complaints.
• Patrol Club premises.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a PSLE or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Valid PLRD License with SO grade.
