The Role

Responsibilities

Elevating Brand Awareness:

Support Hotels:

• Partner pre-opening properties in the development of their Marketing and Communication plans.
• Executing re-positioning projects for key outlets or properties based on business needs and/or market changes
• Planning and executing HQ-led activations and/or partnerships on property alongside other functions

Brand Campaign Development:

• Assist in the creation and execution of brand campaigns, including concept development, messaging, and creative direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of brand campaigns.
• Consult on and advise segment-specific campaigns targeting various customer segments such as families, couples, or wellbeing enthusiasts alongside the Customer Insights team. Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messages and creative elements that resonate with each segment.

We offer you

The Role:

External and Executive Communications; Strategic Communications and Media relations:

• Understand and translate business imperatives into strong external communications campaigns and execute on them.

• Be familiar with traditional media, both local and regional, so that media campaigns, pitches, and media relationships are strong and on target.

• Be familiar with key technology and business media.

• Build creative, non-traditional Communications campaigns with both traditional and online media in mind.

• Build and execute on earned KOL campaigns.

• Work with agency to drive success as needed.

Storytelling and Messaging:

• Build strong narratives and messaging around key business imperatives and focus areas.

• Develop compelling content across various formats (briefing documents, executive LinkedIn content, press releases, news blogs, speeches, presentations).

• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

• Transform complex technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Crisis Communications:

• Maintain crisis communication protocols and procedures.

• Draft statements and responses during critical situations.

• Monitor potential issues and provide early warning signals.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders if in crisis situations.

Measurement and Analytics:

• Track and report on communication KPIs.

• Analyze media coverage and campaign effectiveness.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities with agency.

Internal Communications:

• Coordinating with other departments for aligned messaging, as needed.

• Developing internal newsletters and communication materials.

• Helping maintain internal communication channels.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in internal communications and some experience in external & executive communications.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.

• Self-starter who possesses strong planning and organizational skills, very resourceful.

• Able to produce clear, factual and relevant information in written Business and marketing acumen and numerically inclined.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Corporate & Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will collaborate with an appointed agency to craft engaging content that drives awareness of our products and services while fostering a community of advocates. Additionally, you will manage social media queries and ensure customer issues are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and the acquisition and usage of the company’s products and services.
• Work closely with the appointed agency to create and schedule social media content on the company’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Occasionally, create social media posts independently for urgent updates or official announcements.
• Propose appropriate social media content and media-buy strategies, either as standalone campaigns or as part of integrated marketing communications, to achieve campaign goals. This includes tracking relevant metrics to measure campaign success.
• Manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to optimize performance within campaign budgets, focusing on improving ad ROI.
• Review quarterly reports from the appointed agency to track performance, identify improvement areas, and uncover opportunities.
• Consolidate and provide relevant social media data for reporting purposes, benchmarking results against industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for campaign execution.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties, such as training the company’s chatbot to enhance response accuracy and managing walk-in customers when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (especially Meta Business Suite).
• An independent team player who is resourceful, committed, dependable, and able to multitask and thrive in ambiguity
• Possesses the ability to generate innovative content ideas, creative thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Being effectively bilingual is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with social media agencies.
• Experience in managing digital ads – Meta ads (FB and IG), Tik Tok, Google ads.
