This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. - Ensure all facility systems are in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and fire compliance.

- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for audits or regulatory review.

6. Vendor and Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services (e.g., landscaping, pest control, major repairs).

- Oversee contracted work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.

- Assist with obtaining bids for maintenance contracts or services as needed.

7. Facility Upkeep and Improvement

- Assist in planning and executing minor building improvements or refurbishments.

- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replacements.

- Participate in facility assessments to identify areas for improvement.

8. Emergency Response

- Respond to facility-related emergencies, including water leaks, electrical issues, fire alarms, or ACMV failures.

- Assist in executing emergency evacuation plans and ensuring building readiness for any crises.

9. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.

- Generate reports on facility conditions, work completed, and potential issues.

- Monitor facility performance metrics and assist with budgeting for future improvements.

10. Communication and Coordination

- Work with facility managers, building tenants, and other stakeholders to communicate issues and maintenance schedules.

- Provide updates to management on ongoing projects or urgent repair needs.

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

Admin Officer

Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints received from the residents.

Assist the CM to attend Section 47(1)(c) notice and update strata roll upon receipt of notice of transfer

Assist the Condominium Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents on daily basis, including daily account closing.

Update trust accounts periodically of all transactions for the contributions, facilities' charges and deposits for receipts issuance to residents.

Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. according to House Rules, By Laws and Standard Operating Procedures.

Establish and maintain proper filling systemt to ensure smooth documentation and adminstration of the estate.

Carry out regular of the content of the notice board(s).

Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenace record and perform general adminstrative duties.

Co-ordinate council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.

Any other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
