Key Roles

1. Develop learning materials and educational resources for diverse groups
2. Conduct periodic review of all educational programmes to ensure it remains relevant and accurate
3. Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve effectiveness of programmes
4. Assess learning outcomes to ensure that curriculum achieves its intended educational goals
5. Provide training support and guidance to educators on instructional strategies and classroom management
6. Lead daily and congregational prayers
7. Provide administrative and organisational support to mosque events

Requirements

1. Degree in any Islamic Studies field
2. Possess ARS Tier 1 qualification
3. Proven experience in curriculum development
4. Knowledge in instructional design and learning theory
5. Good organisational and project management skills
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Proficient in using digital tools and platform

Responsibilities

You will assist in the tasks of the Quality Service and Finance units for the client, with a focus on both quality service and finance support, including:

Quality Service tasks:

1. Addressing clients' queries over the phone and via emails.

2. Attending to walk-in clients.

3. Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed.

4. Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager.

Finance tasks:

1. Handling procurement tasks and managing stock of pantry/stationery items.

2. Scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

3. Checking details in SCMS for investigations, processing refunds, and resolving discrepancies in backlog or current cases.

4. Assisting with the implementation of NETS at kiosks.

5. Sending email reminders to Hakams to submit claims.

6. Any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer/Manager.

Working Arrangement:

Working Hours:

Mon to Thurs – 8am to 5.30pm

Fri – 8am to 5pm

Sat-Sun and PHs - Not working

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Lengkok Bahru

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems.

3. Good communication and writing skills

4. Organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

6. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document handling, procurement, and financial tasks.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

8. A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

9. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Description

Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract/quotation works
Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties.
