Responsibilities:

• SFA Food Hygiene Officer certifications and FSMS certification.
• NITEC Certificate or equivalent in Food Science or a related field specializing in food safety.
• At least 2 years in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within the F&B or catering industry.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO, and SFA guidelines.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance skills in food safety.
• Effective communication skills to train and guide team members.
