• Assist in filing and record keeping of manning related forms / documents.
• Visit company's LNG vessels as necessary to foster good working relationships and maintain moral support.
• Report bi-annually to management providing data on the manning function, crew composition, retention, recruitment, and training programs.
• Monitor industry manning and training standards and report to management on any anticipated changes (benchmarking).
• Assist preparation of manning budgets (OPEX), projections and provision explanations to management.
• Check and process manning invoices, and liaison with accounting department for payment.
• Administration and reconciliation of all ship-personnel-related personal injury and medical protection and indemnity (P&I) insurance claims.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years shore experience in ship management company, preferably crew management related.
