1. Being a strong advocateof Positive Discipline;
2. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identied at-risk students and general student body;
3. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be;
4. Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeeping of disciplinary records (print & soft copies);
5. Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension, Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unit; AND
6. Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.
Requirement:
(a) At least O level Certificate with 3 passes
(b) Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task
(c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(d) Proficient in MS Office and Email and Google Tools
Candidates with relevant experience in student management (youths) will be preferred.
Candidates with previous background from Ministry of Home Affairs will be preferred.
Duration /Working hours:
9 months contract with option to extend ( 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Dec 2025)
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
