Requirements

• Diploma qualification or higher
• Product knowledge on savings accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals is preferred but not a strict requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition
• Self-motivated multi-tasker who is meticulous and able to work independently and accurately on assigned tasks and also a team player who thrives a in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a 5.5 or 6-day weekly schedule
• Prior work experience in banking is not required. Full training will be provided for all successful candidates.

The WSHE Officer is responsible for carrying out all the environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
• Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Call Customer to remind on overdue payment (Provide information of payment amount and due date to minimize risk exposure)
• Negotiate with customer on repayment if they are unable to fulfill payment obligation
• Attending to customer’s account enquiries and rendering prompt services on their request
• Follow up with customer via various communication tools (E.g telephone, sms, letters etc)
• Update conversation with customer in collection system
• Working together with supervisors in solving irregular cases

Role Description

The Group Risk Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall risk management strategy for DigiFT, ensuring that all risks across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas are identified, assessed, and mitigated. The role will involve working closely with senior leadership to ensure that risk management processes are aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s risk management framework and policies to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee risk management across all areas including financial, operational, compliance, cyber, strategic, and reputational risks.
• Lead the company’s efforts to ensure that risk management processes are aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
