This role focuses on advancing cancer immunotherapy (IO) for Asian-prevalent tumors through the integration of Generative AI techniques and spatial multi-omics data analysis. Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Omics-IO Classifier Development: Develop and validate a classifier to integrate IO biomarkers identified from the multi-omics analyses, benchmarked against conventional markers (e.g., PD-1/PD-L1).

2. AI Model Development: Create AI models for virtual staining to visualize gene expression and multi-omics biomarkers.

3. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with pathologists, immunologists, and AI researchers to ensure robust, clinically relevant model development. Prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.

Requirements:
