You will report to the Head of Department (HOD) and Community Programmes department to support overall adminstrative duties of the special project activities and assist with the management of programmes and services under Community Programmes.

Job Description

• Assist with the management and operations of Community programmes and services including the handling of external partners working with SATA CommHealth.
• Support the administrative functions of the various service initiatives including training, feedback management, service recognition and new projects
• Provide adminstrative support to Community Department (e.g. arrange for site visits for programms, strategic planning of programmes, carry out an efficient filling system and backing up for all programmes).
• Assist with the review of SOPs on an annual basis with proper documentation and enhance Community programmes and services
• Attend to all audits in an organized and systematic manner for funded programmes
• Handle Community Departments' purchases, work and manpower requisitions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (eg. vendors) for quotation and arrange Preventive Maintenance on yearly basis
• Willing to conduct on-site visits to various sites where programmes are being conducted including adhoc Saturdays or weekends.

Position Purpose

For the scope of Global Banking APAC and as part of the first line of defense, the CCCO for Global Banking APAC (GBA) is responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong Conduct & Permanent control framework on all non-financial risks (operational, conduct and regulatory) throughout the 1LOD across GBA in strong partnership with the Global Banking APAC métiers, APAC functions and APAC region/territories, and in full alignment and integration with Global Banking worldwide.

They are in charge not only of managing tech but also its use within company processes such as planning, human resources management, or accounting software development projects.

The Chief Information Officer manages technical tasks and makes decisions about future systems that will be necessary based on their unique objectives or goals within a specific organization. They also conduct department planning and oversee general operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a large scale population-based health research project by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. We are looking for a team player with experience in making outbound calls to people who signed up their interest to join SPHS research studies, screen their eligibility and schedule their study visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contact potential participants by call, message, email or mail.
2. Screen participants for their eligibility.
3. Explain the study information to ascertain their willingness to take part before scheduling an appointment.
4. Book a suitable appointment or schedule for follow-up to do so later.
5. Audio-record all calls for QC purposes.
6. Make at least 5 bookings per day and fill slots only in the immediate 2 weeks.
7. Address any queries from the participant and provide any necessary informational materials to facilitate the study visit.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in any discipline and minimum 3 years of any work experience, or 'O' levels with minimum 10 years of working experience.
2. Work hours are required for afternoons and evenings on weekdays and at least 2 weekends per month.

3. Hourly rate at $13, for 24 - 36 hours of work per week.
4. Familiar with using Zoom (video call, audio-recording, changing shared screens and mouse control)
5. Proficient in Excel (large tables, pivot, formulas).
6. Work-from-home can be the main arrangement.

· To develop & implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy, programs &

procedures

· To ensure all safety matters are in compliance with statutory, contractual &

management system requirements

· To oversee and lead the Safety team in the implementation of company’s safety

system at project sites

· To conduct toolbox meetings

· Perform construction site safety inspections & attend site walks with client &

subcons

· Identify unsafe work practice and work condition & recommend control measures

to project team

· Prepare/Review Risk Assessment/SWP/Method Statement/Permit-to-Work for all

project works. Manage and maintain/update these safety records & checklists

· Inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

· Support haze and pandemic activities

· Respond promptly to incidents & accidents

Requirements:

· WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or its equivalent

· Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA

· Have a good knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System

· Have excellent people management & interpersonal skills
