Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with local regulatory requirements under different accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP, etc.); to coordinate with external auditor’s requests and other external reporting matters; and to prepare accounting memos on specific transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, audit methodoligy (including knowledge on IT audit test), financial reporting standards, and excellent analytical & communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements, reports, schedules prepared under different accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP, etc) to ensure no significant misstatement or omission in disclosures.

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and performance metrics.

Requirements:
