The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. He/She reviews global standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality management system. Responsibilities

Interfaces with Internal Groups, Clients, and Agencies

• Consults with internal groups (e.g., Operations, Building and System Engineering, Business Development, IT, etc.) and investigates and resolves healthcare issues to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Assists with internal groups (e.g. Business Development, Solutions and Implementation, Operations, IT, etc.) to review new business opportunities to advise on certification and licensing requirements to be in compliance with ever changing local regulations and global SOP.
• Reviews policies, procedures, and regulations with clients to determine specialized requirements and ensure compliance.
• Interfaces with client QA departments and attends sales presentations and business reviews to support the coordination of client activities.

Maintains Quality Documents and Procedures

• Writes and revises global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performs random process adherence audits to ensure adherence to global and client specific processes.
• Establish and maintain postponement activities (e.g. kitting, labelling, bundling, repackaging etc)
• Assists in coordinating document and data control (e.g., numbering, version control, controlled copies, etc.) to ensure documentation and data meet quality standards and are orderly maintained.
• Establishes and maintains quality policies and programs to ensure proper document and data control methods are utilized.
• Assists in interfacing with Corporate Compliance and evaluates procedures across locations to ensure no overlaps and gaps in procedures and guidelines and consistency in content and implementation exist.

7. Continuous improvement program to ensure productivity, cost and quality effectiveness, general housekeeping and safety.
8. Formulate, identify and conduct management / training workshop to initiate / facilitate staff in aligning organizations missions and objectives and actions plans.

10. Implement process improvement.
11. Authorize the appropriate use of performance monitoring and statistical techniques.
12. Ensure and coordinate the implementation of risk assessment and risk contol of medical devices.

Requirements:

• Preferred to have Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in a Manufacturing environment (preferably in Precision Engrg / Sheet metal industry) and with at least 4 years of supervisory capacity.
• Exposure with involvement in newly factory, product / process set-up is much preferred.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing cycle and good budgeting control.

Job Description:As the Region Manager for Frozen Food in Asia, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and operations within the region. You will oversee the business development, distribution, and profitability of frozen food products across multiple countries in Asia. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team, develop and execute regional strategies, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the company’s continued success in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies to achieve business goals, market expansion, and growth targets for frozen food products in Asia.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive market entry strategies for new countries or regions within Asia.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to drive sales growth.
• Product Management: Ensure alignment between regional market needs and product offerings. Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and availability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals in the region.
• Budget Management: Oversee the regional budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and targets are met.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the region, making adjustments where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in a senior management role within the frozen food or FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership capacity.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales and market expansion, particularly in the frozen food sector.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of the Asian market, cultures, and consumer preferences.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple countries and functions.
• Business Acumen: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, etc.) is a plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
