Description of Division/Branch

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales leads through to completion of contracts.

Requirements

Requirements;

• Demonstrable experience in project management of high rise condominium projects
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• Good proven track record of managing projects of high quality, within schedule and under client’s budget
• A problem solver with strong communication skills, able to engage the proper person to push processes along and continuously achieve completion milestones

Job Responsibilities

• Loyalty - Steer and manage the strategic and operational functions of the PLC VIP Program. Lead the optimisation of campaigns in order to maximize acquisition of new VIP customers and retention of existing customers.
