• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude

General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Heads a Property Management Sub Team.
• Responsible to the Director (Ops) for the business result of the Team.
• Undertake continued development of the Team in accordance with the approved business plan.
• Source business for the company / division generally by client contact, networking as well as general promotion of PFS services.
• Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an on-going career path for them within PFS.
• Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.
• Responsible for the efficacy of complaints management within the Team.
• Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.
• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all Council meetings and Annual General Meetings

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building/ Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 6 years of property management experience; inclusive of at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must.
• Matured and independent with the ability to lead team
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skill
• Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence

Responsibilities:

• Managing site progress, technical specifications and manpower resources
• Running the project within the allocated budget
• Sizing up the costing for variation order if there is additional and alternation work
• Preparing the project implementation schedule, carrying out the implementation, monitoring delivery, site installation, inspection and handover schedule in accordance to planned project schedule
• Conduct project meetings, site surveys, prepare project submissions, system designs and installation drawings
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
• Contribute to the planning and development of projects
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects
• Researching information as required
• Admin tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings
• Keeping track and reporting on project progress
• Ensure that works activities are carried out in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all staff and sub-contractors are wearing all appropriate PPE during work activities
• Report any incident, accident, near miss, occupational disease, dangerous occurrence, or suspicious risks associated with the threat of terrorism so that prompt action can be taken to address them

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 9 years of engineering or IT experience, with 6 years’ experience in the management and implementation of Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) works
• Non-Degree holder with minimum 12 years of relevant experience may be considered
