• The incumbent will help maintain and expand the network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support the organization's needs. CAREGIVER, NEXT OF KIN (NOK) AND CLIENT SATISFACTION

• Escalate complaints or disputes from caregivers, NOK, clients, to Reporting Officer (RO).

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Responsible for housekeeping, maintaining, and cleaning equipment at Senior Care Centre (SCC).
• Purchase materials required for activities and submit claims for day-to-day purchases.
• Support inventory monitoring.
• Other duties as assigned by RO.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Participates in relevant training programmes to acquire skills and knowledge that enhances work performance

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Minimum GCE “O” or “N” level.
• Relevant skills certificate from a recognized institution will be an advantage but not essential.
