• Implement and maintain robust systems, policies, and internal controls to achieve excellence. Assist in internal auditing the accuracy, completeness of the documents and records (i.e. SOW, Invoices, payroll information, contract, etc).
• Manage the monthly processing and checking of time-sheets, payroll and reimbursement for billable project employees within the stipulated timeline.
• As and when required, lead/manage the end-to-end process in setting up overseas entity(ies) covering local taxation and regional labour laws etc. of overseas subsidiaries.
• Govern the activities related to company secretarial services as and when needed.
• Miscellaneous transactions to be managed as and when needed: ESOP, Tax optimisation, valuations, project costings, government grants, ESG reporting, internal IT system improvements/implementations, cross border transactions i.e. withholding tax, transfer pricing etc.
• Last but not the least, work with agility as a management lead catalyst for the growth of the business in an ever-changing environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a team management role. Experience in the IT services industry is highly desirable.

About the role:

• Oversee and manage Sales Representatives within the assigned territory, including forecasting, business planning, and follow-up on active opportunities.
• Visit key customers and prospects to foster personal relationships with decision-makers, identify new opportunities, and drive inquiries and orders. Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer processes, organizations, and business needs to provide a competitive advantage in sales.

• Develop and implement strategies to promote the technical advantages of Cope Vulcan Products, including product designs and services.
• Create sales plans and actions to meet market booking targets and business objectives.
• Prepare annual product forecasts for the market, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Train and collaborate with sales channels through joint calls and field activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs for both internal and external sales teams in coordination with other team members.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles for key stakeholders, including end users, EPCs, and OEMs.
• Provide market intelligence and pricing recommendations to guide business decisions.

About you:

• Degree in Engineering or similar field and over 10 years of related experience in supporting sales activities/sales in Power, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater and General Industries in the region & Valve sales experience (control valve experience preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle various situations involving limited standardization. Capable of interpreting a range of instructions, including written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
• Expertise in reviewing customer-supplied specifications, P&IDs, and data sheets to determine the best valve selections based on job requirements and application needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat for job-related tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of Severe Service and General Service control valve applications across Power, Industrial, and other markets.
• Expertise in Desuperheating and Steam Conditioning applications for power generation and co-generation systems.
• Ability to effectively use sizing programs for valve and system selection.
• Proficient in Steam Conditioning and Turbine Bypass applications for Power and Co-Gen environments.
• Experience in basic instrumentation and electrical design, particularly regarding valve control and system integration.
• Familiarity with fluid handling equipment sizing and design.

Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of online marketplace platforms, branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of campaigns, and management of online marketplaces, and has primary working relationships with the Design, PR, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (enablers, advertising etc.) as well as customers from online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image, across multiple marketplace platforms.
