The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster. He/She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the Community Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Cluster's overall vision and objectives
• Ensure the programmes in the Community Hubs are run in accordance to funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance. These programmes include drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, Social Enterprises and Employment Development
• Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the Cluster
• Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager, Community Hubs on the management of their programmes
• Oversee the budget planning and execution of the Community Hubs within the Cluster

• Review funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community Hubs within the cluster

Job Summary

The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the critical operational functions of the hospital, including linen and laundry services, food services, bed management, claims management, and project management. This role is integral in ensuring that all services operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to an exceptional patient experience while adhering to regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Responsibilities

5. Hospital Inspection: (Liaison Officer between MOH and SACH)

6. Project Management

• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, patient care, and service delivery.

7. PDPA Compliance

12. Budgeting and Financial Management

• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.

The Specialist, Community Activation , will play a key role in designing and executing placemaking initiatives that promote social interaction, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging within the community. The postholder will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance the physical environment and encourage meaningful connections among diverse groups. The postholder will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the placemaking project, managing resources effectively, and evaluating the impact of these initiatives on community engagement and participation. The role will involve building and nurturing partnerships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and success of RC’s community activation and placemaking efforts.

Critical Work Functions

User Design and Data Analytics

• Conduct social research to understand needs, preferences, gaps of various target audiences (such as adults with disabilities, caregivers, community members, and enterprise partners), including understanding their demographics and psychographics

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Managers in maintaining the operations system and processes of various services to effectively support the hospital in delivering its services. The services include but not limited to:

• Provide general support to the COO on all operational matters pertaining to the services under the purview of Allied Health and Operations.

Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively.
