Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

Experience:

1. Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the landscape.

2. Ensuring that necessary materials, plants, and equipment are available and on-site when needed.

3. Developing a timeline for the project, scheduling tasks, and ensuring that work progresses according to the plan.

4. Overseeing landscapers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the project is executed effectively.

5. Enforcing safety practices on the worksite to prevent accidents and injuries.

6. Keeping the client informed about the project's progress, milestones, and any issues.

7. Creating detailed cost estimates, budgeting for materials, labour, and additional resources.

8. Presenting the finished landscape to the client and ensuring they are satisfied when handing over to the client.

9. Managing invoicing for clients and ensuring timely payment collection.

10. Attending co-ordination meeting with the clients and architects to complete the project successfully with in time line.

11. Ensuring that the landscape installation such as hardscaping, soft scaping, irrigation, lighting, etc. is done according to the approved design.

12. Coordinating with other stakeholders like suppliers, municipal authorities, or utility companies.

Educational Qualification;

A bachelor degree in the relevant field.

Relevant experience in project management and coordination.

A minimum 8 -10 years’ experience as a Manager position in a landscape company in Singapore.
